Join us on Thursday, November 4th for the 7th Annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co.
An extended cocktail hour will feature passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres where guests can meet Gibbet Hill Grill executive chef, Chef Rhiannon Brown, and learn about how we keep up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. A Gibbet Hill Farm manager will be on hand to discuss growing practices on the farm and working with the chefs and culinary teams of Webber Restaurant Group. Additional local growers and producers joining us for the cocktail hour will include Little Leaf Farms, Muddy Water Coffee Roasters, Hollis Hills Farm, and D&M Mushrooms.
After the cocktail hour, commune with other guests during a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner. To top off this special dinner event, a representative from Mighty Squirrel will showcase their locally-brewed craft beer, carefully selecting each brew to match the cuisine. Meet a member of the brewing crew as they explain the methods of creating their high quality, locally brewed, craft beer.
