Though our restaurants have been closed since March 17, our farm has been busy planting and soon will be harvesting.

We are pleased to offer a 4-week farm share beginning May 14th.  The spring share will run through June 4th and pick-ups are available on Thursday from 2pm-6pm.

The share will consist of a pre-bagged selection of spring crops harvested that day.

Crops could include: arugula, spicy mesclun mix, head lettuce, cut lettuce mix, pea tendrils, green garlic, radishes, salad turnips, parsnips, microgreens, scallions, spinach, broccoli raab, kale, chard. Some weeks will have specialty add-ons, like farm fresh tulips!

Once you sign up you will receive instructions on how pick up will work on the farm, keeping your safety and the farmer’s safety in mind. If you have any questions of concerns, please reach out to kayleigh@gibbethill.com

Gibbet Hill Farm Flower Share

Brighten your home with beautiful organic bouquets every week!

Flower shares begin July 9th when our flower beds are in full bloom.  The share lasts for 10 weeks, and members can pick up to 30 stems each week.

Gorgeous varieties of snapdragons, sunflowers, zinnias, cosmos, ornamental grasses, celosia, strawflowers, statice, and many others will appear in the fields for picking over the season.

We will hold one flower member orientation on July 9th to educate members on the best way to cut your bouquets.  Signage and information on varieties will be in the field throughout the season.

One quart sized mason quart jars will be provided for each PYO Flower membership.
